Hello, I'm Irana Alar. I'm the CEO of Solaris Project. Together with my members, we've built up Solaris Project from scratch till the point where it is now.
My philosophy about gaming is that it should stay fun, for you and for your opponent. That's what a game was made for. I'm a very casual player on EVE, only being fully active about 1 hour a day averagely. I've carried on this philosophy into Solaris Project. This results in a relaxed atmosphere, where people can go about where they like as long as we're not at war. I think this is one of the reasons why Solaris Project has gotten so big in such a short time (from 35 to 160 members in 2,5 months).
I've been on all sides of the game in the past, from pirates to carebears to 0.0 and lowsec pvp. So far as I've seen, I like the social aspects and PVP the most of EVE. Also, I PVPed successfully already at my second day in EVE. We managed to take out quite a quantity of people in lowsec. That has kept me in EVE. This also resulted in another gameplay philosophy of me: Any skill level can PVP. That's why I allow any skill level to participate on ops.
